Change sense of awards categories to clarify that these are potential awards, there may be more categories, there is a level of excellence required, entrants should shoot for 1-3 categories.

UPDATE
We now have a working registration system for entrants. Each entrant can enter multiple projects, and documents can be uploaded for each project. The information is protected by the same registration system we use for this forum.
