New Ideas in Educating a Workforce in Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Conference

Training is at the core of the new "green" economy, and educators play a key role in preparing our green workforce. Want to learn more and get involved? Plan to attend the New Ideas in Educating a Workforce in Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Conference, being held on November 18, 19 and 20, 2009 at the Marriott Hotel, Albany, New York. Through support from the New York State Department of Labor, the registration fee of $195 will be waived for the first 100 educators to apply.
Don't miss out on this great opportunity! Complete the registration form below and e-mail it to Terri Tuers [see email image] or fax to 518-862-1091 by September 1, 2009. Complimentary registrations will be issued to teachers/instructors after application forms are verified by NYSERDA.
This is the third national conference on Workforce Education for Renewable Energy & Energy Efficiency. At the last conference, over 350 people from 33 states attended. Teachers and administrators from 71 community colleges, technical high schools, 4-year colleges/universities, and private training organizations joined industry, state, and federal government agencies to learn the latest on training the green workforce. Trades and non-profits also attended and discovered networking opportunities to further assist their members.
We expect a full house at this conference, so don't delay. If you would like to apply for the free registration, please e-mail or fax a completed application by September 1, 2009. For more information or questions contact Terri Tuers at [see email image] or visit the conference home page: http://www.meetmax.com/sched/mie1109/~public/conference_home.html?event_id=3120
