Focus on Solar
Southern Westchester BOCES; 2 Westchester Plaza, Elmsford.
Based on NYSERDA’s School Power…Naturally lessons, educators will be given materials that teach students about energy and, in particular, the role solar electric power – photovoltaics – can play in providing clean energy for our homes, schools, and workplaces. These workshops offer classroom teachers free lesson plans and kits to teach solar energy applications.
