Just a short walk from the MBTA commuter rail, Ipswich Town Hall is hosting a Green Car and Transportation Festival. It's organized by Ipswich Citizens Advocating Renewable Energy (ICARE).
There will be a stage with talks and music, exhibits under tents, hybrids, electrics, biofuels, solar, etc.
There's even a mileage challenge that morning.
