Linking renewable energy to MA curriculum frameworks

Often teachers ask where in their sequence they might insert topics in renewable energy. One proper way to take such a step is to review the links to concepts when reviewing a course's goals.
If a teacher is preparing lessons in the following subjects, the Massachusetts Technology Collaborative has provided a web site that shows how the curriculum frameworks for the state apply to those subjects:
Engineering & Technology
Earth & Space Science
Life Sciences
Physical Sciences
Mathematics
History & Social Science
While renewable energy sources are mentioned explicitly in the frameworks, there are also concepts of varying degrees of relevance, from geo-thermodynamics to Bernoulli's Principle. Take a look, and let us know whether you need any ideas for activities that fit specific frameworks:
