Engineering is Elementary (EiE) offers FREE workshops on two curricular modules about Simple Machines/Industrial Engineering and about Insects & Plants/Agricultural Engineering. These materials help educators enhance science learning while also teaching elementary-level standards-based engineering and technology. Workshop OPEN TO ALL EDUCATORS

Find out all about two of our newest units! We'll explore Marvelous Machines - Making Work Easier (Simple Machines/Industrial Engineering) and The Best of Bugs -Designing Hand Pollinators (Insects & Plants/Agricultural Engineering). This workshop is open to any teachers or other educators interested in using EiE modules with their students.

PRE-REGISTRATION: Due to the popularity of these workshops, pre-registration is required, and early registration is suggested. A Wait List will be kept for those who would like to attend but for whom no space is immediately available.

Registrants please note: Although attendance is free, a $30 refundable place-holding fee is required; refunds will be issued to all those who attend or to those who cancel at least 72 hours prior to the workshop so that waitlist members may be invited.
