We started a new URL for the GDC, Currently it just forwards to the project detail page, but we'll set up a system accessed through this URL that allows entrants and judges to register.

UPDATE
We now have a working registration system for entrants. Each entrant can enter multiple projects, and documents can be uploaded for each project. The information is protected by the same registration system we use for this forum.
